Hello, my name is Deena White, I have a 7 year old boy named Spencer White. Spencer has asthma and his doctor has been wanting him to get involved in some type of aerobic class to work on his breathing with physical activity. When Amy called and asked him to be in the video I thought this would be a great way to help him. The class has REALLY helped him and the most important part is that he has had so much fun doing the Classercise workout. He even does the moves at home on his own. The classs has showed him that he can have fun while exercising. This will be a part of our weekly routine from now on. Thank you Amy and TJ.

The class is allot of fun. I loved learning the routine. It has really been healthy for my body and helped me with my asthma. I had a good time making the video.

My child loves to "Classercise". He doesn't realize it is really exercise when he does the "Silly Shark", "Footloose", and "Charlie Brown".
